onward and upward

I don't understand quite why but I am very very busy, and I am feeling more like my old self then I have in a long time. I want to play guitar and sing. I want to see old friends and I want to go for bike rides. Summer has been good to me so far. Mom and Dad will be back from Florida next week and I am looking forward to seeing them and spending some time with them so they get to see their grandchildren. it has been too long.
