I cant believe it is here again that day that I remember just turning on the TV and seeing a plane hit the world trade center. The second plane. I was dumbfounded I couldn't think I couldn't move I just stood there and watched the news for a long time. I felt too alone at the moment so I went to work hearing on the way about the plane that hit the pentagon then the one that crashed in western pa. My kid was at school and safe for the moment I knew my wife was at work. And now so was I. The next few hours were spent figuring out what I should do go home, stay, watch the news, it all is still a blur. All I know is that from then on the sound of a low flying plane or a big bang have me a little on edge. It was 6 years ago and it still feels much closer then that. I can only pray that the world wont have to go thru that again and that we have all learned that we have to enjoy what we have because it can be gone in a flash. I didn't know anyone who died on 9/11 and I did know people who for what ever reason lived thru it I am thankful for that. This year 9/12 starts Jewish New Years and the time where Jews give thanks and pray for forgiveness and a good new year. I wish that for the world and my friends. Happy new year
