And the party never ends

Well I put in 96 hours building a video system for the local osteopathic med school and am now working on the 2nd one with one to go after this I haven't been this backed up in a long time so I haven been able to keep up with writing like I want to. My youngest child Hope was sick over the weekend. She had the virus that is going around complete with vomit and a fever of 103.6. I forgot just how sick kids can get! Her fever finely broke on Sunday night and Monday she was normal for the whole day so today she is back with her friends in camp. I just have to pray now that I don't get what she had after trying to take care of her over the weekend. Ah well it is now 10:30pm on Tuesday night and here I sit still in the shop working on mic panels for a client. A few more hours and I should be able to go home and get some sleep before I wake up at 7am to get the kids to camp and go back to pcom for the next round in the battle. I hope that you all are weathering the heat ok. Have a good week.

Ice Cream Fest

I just finished working at the Rockwood museum Ice Cream Fest. I cant say that all the bands made me dance but if you get the chance see Lester Chambers (yes that chambers like in chambers bros.) He may be getting up in age but he can still play the blues with the best of them. His voice is great and his harp still plays with a great grit. Outside shows are always fun because you get to see what you pa can really do but whenit is 95 out and sunny it can be a good way to get sun stroke. I hope that I can recover this week enought to get the work on the books done but it was a great weekend to be a sound guy. I hope that everyone has a good week and that the storms of the past week have not left you wet or windblown.
